Once verified, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to reflect on your account.

Wholesale Policy

Minimum Order: $200 opening order (mix & match products)
Discounts: Tiered wholesale pricing available based on order size
Processing Time: 5–7 business days for wholesale orders (may vary during peak seasons)
Shipping: Paid by the buyer unless otherwise arranged
Resale: All products must be sold in their original Cuppa Shea packaging; re-labeling or altering is not permitted
