Processing Time: Orders are prepared and packaged within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Shipping Time: Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Area: Currently, we ship within the United States only (international shipping is coming soon!).
Delays: While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit.

Because of the personal-care nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. However, your satisfaction matters to us:

Once verified, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund back to your original payment method.
