✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

• We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
